Today, I taught the class at my father’s dojo the Marion Komakai. It had been a while since I had show up at his dojo and taught (I am usually at my dojo), on this particular day I wanted to do so, so that I could remind the students of the founder of our art and his contributions. I won’t go into my lessons here, but suffice it to say, we had a good class to remember and pay tribute to a great man, Miyagi Chojun Sensei.
